Matthew Tilley

Matthew Tilley is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations management and analytics. Since June 2015, Matthew has held multiple progressive roles at McMaster-Carr, including Regional Manager for Product Offering and Warehouse Expansion, as well as Operations Manager for Warehouse Supply and Corporate Supply. Prior to this, Matthew spent four years at Capital One, where significant contributions were made in roles such as Senior Business Analyst in Strategy & Analytics and Underwriting & Valuations, focusing on customer insights and optimizing credit assessments. Early career experiences include an internship as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual and a position as a Donor Relations Assistant at Morehead Planetarium and Science Center.
