Nathaniel Claxton has over a decade of experience in various leadership and management roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Employee Resource Group Leader for the Pride Alliance at McMaster-Carr since June 2012, Nathaniel has also held several positions at The Body Shop, including Shop Manager and Retail Academy Ambassador, between April 2008 and June 2012. Previous roles include Assistant Store Manager at Save A Lot and Godiva Chocolatier, along with a Senior Assistant Manager position at The Body Shop. Early career experience includes roles as a Teller at First Federal of Lakewood and Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works, where Nathaniel completed Limited Brands High Potential Training. Nathaniel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Medieval Studies from the University of Chicago, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
