Olivia Ford is an experienced professional in people operations and talent acquisition, currently serving as the People Operations Leader at McMaster-Carr since 2015. Previously, Olivia was the Talent Acquisition Manager at Axon from 2012 to 2015, where a significant restructuring of the talent acquisition process was achieved, enhancing the candidate pipeline while lowering the cost-per-hire.
