Ron Valentine

Ron Valentine has over two decades of experience in operations and training, currently serving as an Operations Supervisor and Material Handling Facilitator at McMaster-Carr since April 2013. Prior to this role, Ron Valentine worked at FedEx Ground for over eleven years, including a position as Internal Training Operations Manager, where responsibilities included instructing new hires on dock safety, hazardous communication, injury prevention, and loading/unloading techniques. Ron Valentine's earlier management roles encompassed Outbound, Pick-up & Delivery, and Preload operations. Educational background includes a degree in Communications with a focus on General Communication and Psychology from Youngstown State University, obtained between 1997 and 2002.
