Ryan Cwik

Ryan Cwik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy and operations management, currently serving as a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager at McMaster-Carr since August 2019. In this role, Ryan directs operational strategy across distribution, customer service, and finance, achieving notable improvements in staffing forecasting and performance reporting. Prior to this, Ryan held various positions at Anheuser-Busch, where significant operational enhancements and new product launches were achieved. Additional experience includes internships focused on chemical engineering at Dow and Dow Performance Silicones, coupled with academic research at Penn State University. Ryan holds an MBA from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University.
