Ryan Heintz

Ryan Heintz is a Product Development Analyst at McMaster-Carr since June 2023, with prior experience as a Project Engineer at UL from April 2017 to June 2023, where responsibilities included developing and managing product investigation plans and ensuring compliance with various safety certification standards. Previously, Ryan held the position of Application Engineer I at Modine Manufacturing Company from January 2013 to April 2017, providing technical support for HVAC systems. Ryan also served as Co-Director of the Connect for Life Program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2012, focusing on engaging alumni, and as a Student Manager at the University of Wisconsin Foundation from 2009 to 2012, overseeing fundraising efforts. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, earned in 2012.
