Tom Knack has over a decade of experience in human resources and operations, currently serving as a People Partner at McMaster-Carr since February 2013. Tom has held various roles within McMaster-Carr, including People Operations Supervisor and HR Supervisor, as well as positions related to inventory and quality control. Prior to this, Tom worked at Jewel-Osco from 2008 to 2013 as an Assistant Store Director. Tom holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Benedictine University and has education from Carthage College.
