Clare Mitchell

Clare Mitchell is an accomplished health administration professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within academic institutions. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for Clinical Services at McMaster University since September 2019, Clare also holds the position of Executive Director of HAHSO and HAPA. Previously, Clare was the Director of Business and Administration in the Department of Medicine at the University of Toronto from January 2013 to September 2019 and served as the Director of Administration in the Department of Surgery at McMaster University from November 1999 to December 2012. Clare holds a Master of Laws in Health Law from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master of Health Administration from the University of Ottawa, and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from the University of Guelph.
