Naheed Jaffer currently serves as the AVP of National Initiatives and Business Solutions at Aviva Canada since September 2024 and is also a Guest Speaker at McMaster University. Prior to these roles, Jaffer held multiple director positions at WTW, including Canadian Insurance Analytics Leader and Head of P&C Canada, from October 2022 to August 2024. Jaffer has extensive experience in the insurance domain, having worked as a Senior Actuarial Manager at Aviva Canada from 2019 to 2022 and in various consulting roles at Willis Towers Watson from 2010 to 2019. Jaffer began the career as an Actuarial Analyst at The Co-operators from 2008 to 2010. Jaffer holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Actuarial Science with a Finance Option from the University of Waterloo, completed in 2008.
