Andrew McFarlane

Andrew McFarlane is a partner at McMillan LLP, specializing in financial services and corporate commercial law, with an emphasis on aircraft financing and leasing, infrastructure and project financing, secured lending, and business acquisitions. Over their twenty-five years of practice, Andrew has advised diverse Canadian and international clients on a range of domestic and cross-border transactions, gaining recognition as a leading lawyer in various professional directories. Prior to their current role, Andrew served as a partner at Dale & Lessmann LLP and DLA Piper (Canada) LLP, and held counsel positions at DLA Piper from 2014 to 2018. Andrew holds a JD from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, as well as a BA in Political Science and History and an MA in Political Philosophy from the same institution.
