John Teolis

John Teolis is a Partner in the Financial Services Group at McMillan LLP, where they focus on corporate, commercial, and consumer finance as well as banking and financial institution regulation. With a distinguished legal career that includes partnerships at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, Bennett Jones, and Norton Rose Fulbright, John has advised numerous entities on establishing financial presences in Canada. They have served on the board of advisors for the Morin Center for Banking and Financial Law at Boston University, where they are the first non-American member. Additionally, John has contributed as a director for various corporations and has held leadership roles in multiple advisory boards and committees. John holds a BA and an LLB from the University of Toronto.
