Patrick Thompson

Patrick Thompson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial litigation. Since joining McMillan LLP as an associate in 2005, Patrick has progressed to the role of Partner and actively contributes to the firm's Commercial Litigation Group. Prior to that, Patrick worked at Lang Michener LLP in a similar capacity from 2005 to 2011. Patrick's early career includes seven years at the House of Commons, where responsibilities included administrative roles and database management in human resources. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts with a major in communication and a minor in management and public policy from the University of Ottawa, as well as an LL.B. degree in Common Law from the same institution.
