Umar Muhammad

Umar Muhammad is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in desktop support, network engineering, and IT administration. Starting at Bally as an IT Desktop Support specialist, Umar provided L1 and L2 support from May 2018 to January 2020. Following this, Umar transitioned to various roles, including Network Support Engineer as a freelancer and Service Desk Analyst at Hitachi Energy, where exceptional user support was also delivered. Currently serving as IT Administrator EMEA at MCM WORLDWIDE since January 2024, Umar manages device enrollment into Intune MDM and supports account management for sales operations. Additionally, a recent role as a Network Engineer freelancer at Aruba Data Center involved designing customized network solutions and configuring network devices. Umar holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, and an M.S. in Automotive and Motorsport Engineering from Brunel University London.
