Michael Waidmann

Michael Waidmann is the Director of Philanthropy at MCN Build, where they have spent the past ten years developing sustainable libraries and schools in Ethiopia, El Salvador, and Lebanon. They oversee philanthropic initiatives for a company with $500 million in revenue, managing projects that provide advanced digital access and resources to youths worldwide. Michael has previously worked at FHI 360 as a Program Officer and volunteered with the Peace Corps. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Political Communication from James Madison University. Fluent in Spanish and conversational in Amharic, Michael is also an accomplished photographer and videographer.
