David Biesman

David Biesman has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as the Transcription Team Lead at Medical Consultants Network LLC since March 2013. In this role, David oversees the transcription department, managing a team of over twenty contracted transcriptionists and ensuring the efficient processing of extensive dictation. Prior to this position, David worked as a National Scheduler, where responsibilities included coordinating medical appointments and maintaining comprehensive records. David's career also includes experience in sales and customer service at IKEA Group and Cold Stone Creamery, as well as early roles in fast food service. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities/Humanistic Studies from Washington State University and an Associate of Arts from Green River College.
