Dion Clark is a seasoned People & Culture Leader with over 10 years of experience in human resources, talent management, and culture development, particularly within the mining and heavy industry sectors. They currently serve as the Principal Consultant, Owner, and Founder of Sage Enterprises, a consulting firm specializing in human resources and public relations. Previously, Dion held significant roles, including Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Monadelphous and Senior Recruitment Consultant at Airswift, where they managed extensive recruitment campaigns and developed key stakeholder relationships. Dion is also pursuing a Diploma of Human Resource Management at Swinburne University of Technology.
