Brian Arrington

Brian Arrington joined MCNC in March 2021 as the Outside Plant Locate Supervisor under the Facilities, Fiber, and Video Operations team.

Brian started with Carolina Telephone in 1993 out of high school with Operator Services where he transferred to the locating division in Raleigh, NC. Before coming over to MCNC, Brian was the Senior VP of operations with Scout Communications, where he helped the company grow from 5 employees to over 40 across NC, SC, and GA. He has been in the locating industry for 25+ years.
