Matthew Kinney

Matthew joined MCNC as the Human Resources Director in 2019. In his role, Matthew is responsible for overseeing all human resources operations for the organization, including recruiting, benefits administration, talent management, and employee relations. Matthew has worked in various HR leadership roles during his career, spanning a range of industries, including telecommunications, medical devices, software development, media, and sports.

Matthew is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill. He lives in Raleigh with his wife and three wonderful kids.
