Thor Lounsbery is an experienced cybersecurity and network operations professional with over a decade of expertise gained at MCNC, where roles have included Intermediate Cybersecurity Analyst I and Sr. Network Operations Analyst. Responsibilities have encompassed monitoring and responding to cybersecurity alerts and maintaining network integrity across local and remote elements. Prior to MCNC, Thor held various positions in the sign and graphic industry, including National Accounts Project Manager and IT/Tech Support Representative at United Franchise Group, as well as owning and operating a sign shop. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University and an Associate’s Degree in Network Technology from Wake Technical Community College.
