Paul Manson

Paul Manson has over 30 years of work experience, starting with their role as a Key Account Manager at Reuters UKI from 1987 to 1999. Following this, they served as the Commercial Director at Connextra, a startup company, from 1999 to 2001. Paul then took on the role of Commercial Director at Atacama Film, Animation, and Software Solutions, where they worked on consolidating the company's position in their existing market and expanding into new markets.

In 2002, Manson joined Algorithmics as a Senior Sales Executive, responsible for strategic account management and global account management. Paul later became the Sales Director EME, managing a team of six people and working closely with the marketing team.

From 2010 to 2011, Manson was the Regional Director EME at DST Global Solutions, managing a sales team and being responsible for all revenues in the region. Paul then served as the European Sales Director at Wolters Kluwer Financial Services from 2012 to 2015, focusing on finance, risk, and GRFC solutions across EMEA.

Manson joined Matrix-Exzac in 2016 as the MD EMEA, overseeing business development, sales, marketing, professional services, and partner relationships. Paul then joined MCO (MyComplianceOffice) in 2018 as the Regional Head, responsible for the go-to-market strategy and managing direct sales and partner relationships in the EMEA business unit.

In 2021, Manson took on the role of Risk and Regulatory Technology Advisory/Expert at Consilience Ventures, providing advice and support to their portfolio of companies. Paul also joined Z-Risk Engine as the Head of UK&I, Northern and Southern Europe, in November 2021.

Paul Manson attended the University of Bristol, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering. Following this, they went on to study at Heriot-Watt University, focusing on Artificial Intelligence for their Master of Science degree. Earlier in their education, Paul attended Merchant Taylors' Schools in Crosby, although it is not specified if they obtained a degree or field of study from this institution.
