In 1972, brothers Mike and Bruce McPherson set out with one goal in mind: Build the future.

The MCP GROUP is an expansion of our services to meet client needs and expectations in the ever-changing and evolving design and construction industry. Our experienced group of associates will deliver a positive experience based on our core values of:

HONOR THE CLIENT
There are few things more rewarding than taking a client’s vision and building it to reality—we get to do that every day. This means our decision-making is centered around creating positive solutions for the client. We know who matters the most to us, and we work hard to earn their trust and loyalty.

PURSUE GREATNESS
MCP GROUP has high standards—especially when it comes to quality. Our pursuit of topnotch development planning and construction experiences is driven by relentless curiosity and determination to be the best. We challenge the status quo and find new ways to grow our company and each other.

CHARACTER MATTERS
We depend on everyone at MCP GROUP to act with integrity and be accountable to our clients and each other. We do what we say we will do. We’re not afraid to surface issues and acknowledge when we’re wrong, and we trust each other to help us turn challenges into opportunities.

WORK WITH PURPOSE
Nothing replaces hard work. When the time comes, we roll up our sleeves and go to work for our clients and community. We are passionate about doing work that matters and makes a positive impact. It’s not enough to build awesome buildings. Everything we do—from client interactions to community work—adds value and drives results.

CULTIVATE FAMILY SPIRIT
Our team is our family. We’re made up of unique and talented individuals who serve from the heart. We believe we’re successful because those talents work together to collectively create great experiences and foster a positive, supportive company culture.
