Mark Slavik is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. As the Founder of Ensuring Legacy since March 2024, Mark has previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Beckett Thermal Solutions, overseeing the financial performance and daily operations for a large global manufacturer. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Weltman, Weinberg & Reis Co., LPA, a significant creditor’s rights law firm, and Chief Administrative Officer at DiGeronimo Companies, where Mark established corporate support processes. Mark’s military background includes 26 years as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army with qualifications in Infantry, Armor, Intelligence, and Airborne operations. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Administration from Miami University and a BA in Area Studies from Kent State University.
