Cédric Dupuis

Cédric Dupuis has a diverse work experience in the field of hydrogen storage systems and magnetic refrigeration. Cédric worked at McPhy from 2009 to 2023, starting as an R&D Manager and later taking on roles such as CTO Hydrogen Storage and Chief Technical Officer France. Cédric also served as the Chief Scientific Officer for a year and then as the Product Strategy Manager, where they were responsible for product management and strategy development based on market trends and customer requirements.

Before joining McPhy, Cédric worked as a Researcher and PhD candidate at G2Elab from 2005 to 2009, where they focused on magnetocaloric materials and magnetic refrigeration systems. Cédric gained extensive experience in prototype designing, testing, and characterization.

Cédric also worked at Institut Néel CNRS as a Researcher and PhD candidate, focusing on similar areas of research.

Overall, Cédric has a strong background in research and development, as well as strategic planning and product management in the fields of hydrogen storage systems and magnetic refrigeration.

Cédric Dupuis holds a PhD in Physics from Grenoble INP - UGA, which they earned from 2005 to 2009. Prior to their PhD, they completed a Master 2 degree in Ingénierie des Systèmes Magnétiques and a Master 1 degree in Physique, both at Université Grenoble Alpes. Earlier in their education, they obtained a Licence degree in Physique et Applications and a DUT degree in Mesures Physiques, all from Université Grenoble Alpes.
