Michael Niemann

Michael Niemann currently serves as the Senior Manager and Head at McPhy Energy since April 2023, focusing on advancing green hydrogen for decarbonization. Prior to this role, Michael accumulated extensive experience at Rolls-Royce from December 2005 to April 2023, where responsibilities included managing aircraft engine fleets, leading project teams in business aviation and new product introductions, and overseeing subsystem management for various engine projects. Michael began their career at Bugatti Automobiles S.A.S. and Volkswagen AG, and completed a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
