Phil Eck

Phil Eck is an experienced accounting consultant currently serving as the Executive Director at MCR Consulting since 2023. They held various leadership roles at ICF International from 2000 to 2019, including Assistant Controller, Controller, and Vice President of Special Projects. Prior to that, Phil was the CFO at GCI Information Services from 1992 to 2000 and worked as an Accountant at So-Deep, Inc. from 1988 to 1992. Phil also briefly served as Controller at SecTek, Inc. in 2005 and as Vice President, Corporate Controller at Peraton from 2019 to 2021. Phil earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from James Madison University in 1988.
