Tim Fear

Tim Fear is currently a Mechanical Project Manager and Apprentice Mentor at MCS Ltd, overseeing office refurbishment projects across the southwest and ensuring high standards in mechanical services delivery. Previously, Tim has held various roles, including Mechanical Estimator and MEP Construction Manager, contributing to significant projects such as a 127-apartment assisted living complex and the Margam Energy From Waste Plant. Tim's earlier experience includes project management at Aquatonics UK, where they worked in diverse sectors, and at SES Engineering, where they coordinated the delivery of large police stations. Tim holds a City and Guilds Advanced Plumber qualification from Brunel College of Technology.
