We are a solution driven organization. Our engineers have an eye for your product and process and are experienced in finding the best solution, always keeping your requirements (reliability, affordability and precision) our priority.

Our principle: Knowledge counts but common sense matters.

MCS Engineering offers (custom made) QCS systems for a wide variety of industries.
Our standard measurements are:
-	Basis weight (source and X-ray)
-	(Non) contact thickness (floating caliper)
-	Moisture (microwave and IR)
-	Visual detection (matrix and line scan), system requires NO teaching! Easy to operate
-	Coating thickness (IR)
-	Porosity
-	Ash content (X-ray)
-	Color
-	Temperature

We offer:
-	Complete new QCS systems
-	Upgrade obsolete QCS systems
-	Expand/improve running QCS systems

If a standard measurement does not fit your requirements, we are more than happy to develop a solution for you. We are well experienced in developing some eye popping, jaw dropping custom made QCS systems. In these developments your experience and input are of great value.
Our systems are provided with HMI (KISS for production, fully adjustable and accessible for engineers). However, if required, we can communicate with every system in your plant, enabling to integrate our signal in your factory HMI.
Our main office is in Zelhem (Gelderland, Netherlands) but we provide QCS systems world-wide.
