Grace Fleming

Grace Fleming is the Divisional Lead for Public Sector at MCS Group, where they focus on recruiting talent for public sector organizations across Northern Ireland. Previously, Grace worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Staffline Ireland from 2018 to 2025 and held various recruitment roles at organizations such as First Choice Recruitment and Riada Recruitment Coleraine. Grace began their career in recruitment in 2006 and also gained experience as a Bakery Manager at Sainsbury's from 2010 to 2015. They graduated from Ulster University in 2006.
