Ruth Cunningham

Ruth Cunningham is the Head of Human Resources at Choice Housing, where they lead the HR strategy for a not-for-profit organization that serves nearly 500 employees across Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. With over 18 years of HR experience and a strong international background, Ruth specializes in employee relations, organizational development, and leadership capability building. They are also a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and hold a PGDip in Personnel Management from Queen’s University Belfast. Additionally, Ruth serves as a Board Member for Business Beats Cancer Belfast and previously held senior HR roles at notable companies including Smarts and Michelin Tyre PLC. Ruth is passionate about using HR as a catalyst for positive change and fostering an inclusive and high-performing workplace.
