Ryan McVay

Ryan McVay has over 10 years of work experience. In 2009, they began their career as a Promotional Representative for the Pittsburgh Pirates, where they interacted with fans and staff members during games, provided fans with free promotional prizes, and coordinated with game day staff. In 2011, they were hired as the Hiring Manager/Executive Assistant for Oil & Gas Title Abstracting, LLC, where they were responsible for assisting the President and Chief Operating Officer with confidential knowledge and handling personal documentation. In 2012, they became a Sales Account Manager/Executive Analyst for McSource Technologies, where they managed a team in charge of freight bill auditing, was responsible for weekly Multi-Million Dollar Closings, and targeted and closed new business relationships. In 2013, they took on the role of Sales Executive for Fitt.co, where they were responsible for making the healthy choice an easy choice. In 2015, they became a Licensed Realtor/Property Manager. In 2017, they were promoted to Clinical Account Manager (1 of 50 nationally) at Apria Healthcare after 1.5 years of consistent quarter over quarter growth as Territory Manager. Ryan was responsible for outside sales and services in hospitals, wound centers, skilled nursing facilities, and private practices in the Western Pa, East Ohio, West Virginia Region. In 2019, they became the Chief Operating Officer at McSource Technologies.

Ryan McVay obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from West Virginia University between 2006 and 2010.
