Management Concepts Systems Services (MCSS) is a project and construction management support services organization established in 1983. MCSS is a certified DBE firm offering services to project, construction and corporate management.

Our experience includes power, transit and environmental projects, infrastructure facilities, buildings and airports. Our range of services can be integrated technically and administratively throughout the project life cycle from conceptual design through construction or for individual task assignments as may be necessary.

We have a team of highly qualified professionals dedicated to supporting our clients. Our people have extensive project control experience and are proficient in using state-of-the-art project management systems, resolving conflicts coming up with creative solutions and implementing corrective actions.

Project Management Team

The Testing and Engineering Team at MCSS is responsible for ensuring the integrity and functionality of all project components through rigorous testing and quality control. The team, comprising Sr. Cost Control Engineer, Test Engineers, and an Office Engineer, collaborates to identify potential issues, execute detailed tests, and implement corrective measures. Their expertise ensures that projects meet technical specifications and are delivered on time and within budget, thereby upholding MCSS’s commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Testing and Engineering Team

The Field Operations team at MCSS oversees the on-site aspects of project and construction management. Led by the Field Contract Manager and supported by Senior Field Engineers, Field Inspectors, and Construction Inspectors, this team ensures that projects are executed according to contractual specifications, codes, and safety standards. They perform regular inspections, manage compliance, and provide technical guidance to address issues swiftly, maintaining a seamless workflow throughout the duration of the project.
