We assist clients with compliance with federal and state campaign finance and election laws, local and statewide ballot initiatives and referenda, voting rights, and all other matters involving elections and participation in the political process. We have represented clients in numerous election-related cases before federal and state trial and appellate courts, and before federal and state administrative agencies.
