Michael Adel

Michael Adel is a Human Resources Specialist with extensive experience in recruitment and personnel development. Michael began a career at El Mohandess Print House, where responsibilities included collaborating with department heads to establish hiring criteria and managing the complete recruitment process from job postings to offer negotiations. Subsequently, Michael worked as a Recruitment Specialist at QNB Life Insurance before joining MCV - Manufacturing Commercial Vehicles, where current responsibilities encompass recruitment, training, and organizational development. Michael holds a Diploma of Education in Human Resource Management from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Helwan University Cairo.
