Shanel Fields

Shanel Fields is the Founder and CEO of MD Ally. Shanel has over 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the healthcare industry. Prior to MD Ally, Shanel worked as a Marketing Consultant for In-ACT, a healthcare marketing agency. In this role, they developed and executed marketing plans for clients in the healthcare industry. Shanel also has experience working in inside sales for athenahealth, a leading provider of electronic health records (EHR) and medical billing software. In their role as Senior Manager of Enterprise Inside Sales, they were responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and achieving revenue goals.

Shanel Fields graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences. Shanel then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School with a concentration in Healthcare Management Program & Entrepreneurship & Innovation. Shanel is also certified by Techstars and MassChallenge.
