MD Comms Group consists of two practices, MD Health & MD Social Impact.

We are a forward-thinking globally focused communications agency driven by a singular ethos: to ignite change.

As a team, we are united by a bold ambition: to use the power of communication to create healthier societies and a more equitable world. Working across healthcare and social impact, we partner with purpose-driven organisations to craft narratives that don't just inform — they inspire action. Whether influencing health policy, shifting public mindsets, or supporting systemic change, our work sits at the intersection of science, creativity and social purpose.

We believe that strategic, evidence-led storytelling can accelerate progress — improving patient outcomes, advancing social justice, and driving lasting change across communities.

From reaching policymakers and mobilising public support, to engaging physicians and empowering people most affected — our integrated approach ensures communications work harder, go further, and make a real difference.

Curious about how we can help you connect your mission to meaningful results — in health, in business, and across society?

Let’s ignite change together.
