Kelby Taniguchi

Kelby Taniguchi is a Life Care Planner at Life Plan MD since December 2021, and previously held the same role at ProMedica Verity Group from June 2019 to June 2022. Prior to that, Kelby worked as a Physical Therapist at Nemours from April 2019 to February 2022 and Victory Physical Therapy from June 2016 to March 2019. Kelby also gained experience as a Student Physical Therapist at various healthcare facilities before completing a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2016.
