Matthew Constable

Matthew Constable is a seasoned professional in bid management and business development, currently serving as Business Development Director and Head of Bid Management at MD Group since July 2018. Previously, Matthew held the role of Bid Manager at Fortem Cares and Mears Group PLC, contributing expertise in bid management and writing across various maintenance sectors, including social housing and education. Earlier experience includes a position as Bid Manager at MITIE Group PLC and Ian Williams Ltd, where responsibilities spanned the entire bid process from initial notice to contract award.
