The team manages workforce planning, resource allocation, and operational efficiency to deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. With roles such as Group Operations Director, Contract Manager, and Operations Manager, they ensure seamless project delivery and support the company's commitment to community investment and customer satisfaction.
