Steven Grant

Steven Grant is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and surveying sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Management Surveyor at MD Group since July 2017, Steven provides site inspections and technical expertise focused on risk management for construction sites within a warranty scheme. Prior to this role, Steven worked as a Building Surveyor at Aedis, overseeing building regulations compliance and advising clients on cost-effective solutions. Steven has also held the position of Project Manager at Fusion21, managing procurement services and maintenance projects for Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Earlier experience includes serving as a Surveyor for Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, supervising Housing Market Renewal projects, and as an Architectural Assistant at Morley Estates, overseeing refurbishments and producing detailed drawings. Steven holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying and Property Management from The University of Bolton.
