We are a team Physiotherapist's and Exercise Physiologist's wanting to connect with fellow practitioners, students and like minded people.  We are constantly learning, educating and sharing with others. 

We provide individually prescribed reformer based Pilates and strength training.
Our renowned 13 week Pilates program has been helping people achieve their fitness and health goals for over 12 years. 

No two programs are the same – they are tailor made for each individual by our team of qualified Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists. We cater for ALL AGES and provide a relaxed training space.
