Lance Penberthy

Lance Penberthy has extensive experience in supply chain management and procurement, currently serving as the Purchasing Manager at MD Helicopters, Inc. since April 2014, where leadership of a growing team supports aerospace manufacturing operations in Mesa, AZ, and Monterrey, Mexico. Prior to this role, Lance held the position of Supply Chain Manager at Rogers Corporation from 2004 to 2013, overseeing a team responsible for over $50 million in annual spending across multiple manufacturing locations in Connecticut, Arizona, Belgium, and China. Additionally, Lance worked as a Senior Buyer at Novellus Systems, which was acquired by Lam Research Corporation, from 1999 to 2003, managing high-cost outsourced sub-assemblies for the semiconductor industry. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Buyer/Planner at Radio Frequency Systems from 1995 to 1999, focused on commodities for telecommunications manufacturing. Educational background includes a degree from Oregon State University, earned between 1989 and 1994.
