M&D Holdings(PTY) LTD was founded in 2012 and is a South
African 100% black-owned investment and acquisitions firm
with a strategic focus on multiple sectors – ranging from
engineering, infrastructure to logistics; and from ICT to mining.
M&D Holdings was born from identified niche opportunities of
the end-to-end business operating models and value chains in
different sectors.
This has enabled the M&D Holdings’ subsidiaries to optimally
capitalize on these business opportunities, while minimizing
operational costs by using certain shared services together with
their sister companies.
