Erica Phelps is a strategic and results-oriented executive leader with nearly two decades of experience in Relationship Management, including over 10 years of team leadership focused on revenue growth. Currently serving as Vice President of Customer Success at MD Integrations, Erica is dedicated to enhancing the customer experience across the entire lifecycle. Previous roles include Senior Director of Account Management at Culture Amp, where they led teams to achieve significant annual expansion and operational efficiency.
