John Waite

John Waite is a retired Human Resource Executive who had a distinguished career culminating in the role of Senior Human Resource Director at Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis Ltd (MD&A), where they oversaw HR for one of the largest independent turbine repair organizations in the U.S. With a foundation in marketing, accounting, and English from Siena University, John worked at GE Energy from 1970 to 2004, managing global HR responsibilities for their power generation field services business. After 47 years in the workforce, John retired in April 2017 to focus on family and new personal endeavors.
