Roy Satzman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Roy currently serves as the President of Satzman's Woodworking, a position they have held since 2018. Prior to this, they worked for Mechanical Dynamics & Analysis as the President of Turbo Parts LLC since 2010.

In 2006, Roy joined Aggreko, a global leader in temporary power generation and temperature control systems, where they served as the Area Operations Manager. Roy was responsible for overseeing labor productivity, safety, training, and performance measurement for a $50 million business in the Northeast.

Before Aggreko, Roy worked at GE Energy for several years. Roy held various managerial positions, including Operations Manager for Energy Services from 2003 to 2006, General Manager for Turbine Support Operations from 2000 to 2003, and Region Manager for Great Lakes from 1997 to 2000. In these roles, they had P&L responsibility and achieved significant sales growth and improved operating margins.

Roy started their career at GE Power Systems as the Allegheny Regional Manager from 1991 to 1997. Roy successfully managed $12 million in sales for Buffalo and Syracuse Service Centers and took on additional responsibilities for Pittsburgh and Charleston Service Centers.

Throughout their career, Roy Satzman has demonstrated their ability to drive profitability, improve sales performance, reduce costs, and effectively manage operations in the power generation and woodworking industries.

Roy Satzman earned a Regents Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Brooklyn Technical High School, where they studied from 1970 to 1974. Roy then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at The City College of New York, from 1974 to 1979, and obtained a BEME degree. In addition to their formal education, they also received a Certificate of Completion in AMA's Advanced Executive Leadership Program in December 2012.
