George Platanitis, Ph.D, P.Eng., is an experienced engineer specializing in safety and mission assurance, currently serving at MDA since October 2016. With a strong background in reliability engineering from Aversan Inc. and Honeywell Aerospace, George has developed critical safety analyses and prepared Flight Safety Certificates for the International Space Station equipment.
