Gillian Mitchell is a seasoned HRMS Analyst with a strong background in human resources systems and analytics. Currently serving as a Sr HRMS Analyst at MDA since March 2021, Gillian focuses on optimizing HRIS functionality, including self-service options and intelligent workflows to reduce administrative tasks. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at MEC™, where roles included HR Systems Analyst and HR Systems Lead, contributing to the successful implementation of the UltiPro HRIS through data conversion, testing, and user support. Gillian holds a Certificate in Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Wilfrid Laurier University.
