Janet McEachern

Janet McEachern, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at MDA, where responsibilities have included roles such as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis and Senior Director of Financial Planning and Analysis since December 2020. Prior experience includes leadership positions at L3Harris WESCAM as the Head of Finance and at L3 WESCAM as Director of Finance and Finance Manager-Pricing & Programs. Janet also contributed to the finance sector at The Mason Group as a Senior Consultant, specializing in recruitment and placement of finance and accounting professionals. Previous roles include Manager of Financial Planning at Amgen, Director of Financial Planning at Iovate Health Sciences, and Business Unit Controller-MD at Baxter. Educational achievements include a Certified Management Accountant designation obtained between 1995 and 1999 and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Wilfrid Laurier University, earned from 1989 to 1993.
