John Lymer is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in engineering and architecture within the robotics and automation sector. Currently serving as Chief Architect at MDA since March 2021, John previously held similar roles at Maxar Technologies and SSL, where expertise in robotics and automation was pivotal. Prior to these positions, John contributed significantly as Chief Engineer at MDA and Spar Aerospace Limited, focusing on international space station robotics. John holds a Master's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Toronto.
