Jonathan Pepper

Jonathan Pepper, P.Eng. is an accomplished mechanical engineer with significant experience in aerospace and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at MDA since March 2022, Jonathan leads the design and development of the eXploration Large Arm (XLA) for NASA's Artemis Mission, demonstrating expertise in multidisciplinary teamwork and engineering design reviews. Previously, Jonathan founded Widget Ceramics, specializing in on-demand ceramic 3D printing services. With prior experience at DEW Engineering and Development ULC, Jonathan designed mission-critical equipment for military applications and contributed to research and teaching efforts at Carleton University in mechanical and aerospace engineering. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and a Master's of Applied Science in Aerospace Engineering from Carleton University.
